- Growing up on farms in the rural Pacific Northwest, working at factories, sales and truck driving in Southern California, Engineering Sales in St. Louis, Pastor in Memphis Tennessee, Grad student and professor for 25 years in Michigan. Taught history online for Grand Canyon University and helped design online courses for Indiana Wesleyan. Currently, he teaches history for the University of Maryland Global Campus - Europe. He is a writer, often boring academic stuff, but is trying his hand a fiction.
